Executive Chef Anthony Napolitano takes the lead from recipe development to execution. He makes certain that the made-to-order meals of the Edgehill dining experience exceed the high expectations of our residents. He believes in producing exceptional meals using classic techniques and fresh, high-quality ingredients. From his healthy watermelon and feta salad to his delectable chewy chocolate chip cookies, our community is fortunate to have benefited from his expertise for over 15 years.

When not cooking delectable meals for our residents, Chef Anthony spends his time in the garden. He also enjoys fishing, sailing and hiking.
