As the director of food and beverage, Jay Shankar is responsible for aspects of dining for Edgehill’s residents. He and his team are committed to providing an unprecedented dining experience with each meal made to order to our residents’ unique tastes.
Career Journey
Jay’s breadth of experience extends internationally, from Austria into India, the Caribbean and throughout Europe. It is with this extensive experience that he has trained his associates to provide the best possible service.
Milestones
With a degree in hotel management from Salzburg, Austria, and a master’s degree from the renowned Johnson & Wales University, Jay has trained in hotels all over the world.
