Role and Responsibilities

Joyce Malone serves as Edgehill’s mind & memory director and is the liaison to resident families within our Mind & Memory Care neighborhood. She helps provide the care and service that our residents deserve so they can have productive and purposeful days.

Career Journey

Joyce brings a wealth of experience to her role at Edgehill. In addition to her tenure as a senior program coordinator and work at other senior living communities, she has 17 years of experience as a program specialist and camp director for the Girl Scouts. These roles have equipped her with invaluable skills that she leverages to enhance the lives of our residents.

Milestones

Joyce holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the College of New Rochelle, which has further enriched her ability to connect with residents and their families effectively.

Leadership Philosophy

Joyce encourages her team to look at activities from various angles and find different ways to present programming to residents.

Personal Interests

When not at Edgehill, Joyce enjoys spending time with her family and coming up with activities to do with her two daughters and four grandchildren.
