Peter Fee

Role and Responsibilities

Peter Fee serves as our community’s plant operations director and has found a great appreciation for Edgehill’s unique community. He is responsible for all maintenance functions within our campus, overseeing overall operations, coordinating customizations of resident homes and ensuring all systems run smoothly.

Passion for Senior Care

Peter finds great joy in the connection with residents. “The personal connections made with residents go far beyond a typical job. The role requires the ability to understand some very bespoke requests, and I enjoy closing the loops in these situations.”

Career Journey

Having previously worked in the non-profit sector, Peter has brought his experience to Edgehill to further his growth within senior living.

Leadership Philosophy

Grateful for the opportunity to be part of a driven management team, Peter puts an emphasis on actively listening to the requests of residents to help make the transition into a new environment smooth and enjoyable.

Personal Interests

In his spare time, Peter likes to cook, hike and play golf.
