Proud of Our Edgehill Centenarians

Edgehill, a Benchmark Senior Living continuing care retirement community in Stamford, recently celebrated not one but five very special birthdays. Five male and female seniors at Edgehill recently turned 101 or 100, crediting spending their days exercising, eating healthy, serving on resident committees and intellectual pursuits to a long life. These individuals are proving that staying mentally and physically active and being surrounded by a supportive community are keys to longevity.
