While the holiday season showcases traditional favorites, such as Thanksgiving turkey and festive New Year’s fare.

One of the most distinctive traditions at Edgehill is the blessing of the turkey on Thanksgiving. This lighthearted annual ritual involves a resident dressed in a festive costume performing a ceremonial blessing of the turkey in the kitchen before it is served.

For Chinese New Year, the menu features traditional dishes including Peking egg drop soup, dim sum and Shanghai stir-fried cashew beef.
